Twin Creeks Golf & Country Club in Luddenham is thrilled to announce the launch of our new restaurant and we’re looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our new chapter and help shape the culinary experience at our club.

As Sous Chef, you’ll work alongside our Head Chef to manage kitchen operations, ensure high-quality dishes, and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our members and guests. We’re seeking someone with strong leadership skills, culinary expertise, and a genuine passion for excellence in everything they do.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will be energetic and passionate about cooking, with 2-5 years of experience in food and beverage. You’ll need to maintain high hygiene standards and have excellent communication skills. The ability to work unsupervised is essential, as is a professional, friendly, and proactive approach with both guests and team members.

This role requires availability 5 days per week and a willingness to work long hours when needed. Own transport is necessary due to our Luddenham location.

Package and Application Details

We’re offering a competitive package of $65,000 to $75,000 per year with an immediate start available for the right candidate.
